HITBOT EFG-130 | Electric gripper
Hitbot Z-EFG-130 – Long-Range Electric Gripper for Large and Variable Workpieces
The Hitbot Z-EFG-130 is a 2-finger electric gripper engineered for applications that require a large gripping range, adjustable force, and reliable handling of diverse workpiece geometries. Its linkage mechanism combined with a lead screw transmission provides smooth, stable motion and precise control throughout the gripping cycle.
Featuring an adjustable stroke of up to 130 mm and an adjustable gripping force from 40 to 130 N, the Z-EFG-130 offers exceptional flexibility for handling components of different sizes and materials. With a repeatability of ±0.02 mm and a recommended payload capacity of up to 1 kg, it ensures consistent performance in demanding automation environments.
The gripper incorporates an integrated controller, reducing wiring complexity and simplifying system integration. Communication is available via RS-485 (Modbus RTU) and digital I/O, enabling seamless connection to industrial robots, cobots, PLCs, and automation systems.
With a weight of only 0.8 kg and compact dimensions, the gripper can be easily integrated into robotic workstations where larger opening widths are required.
Ideal for machine tending, assembly, packaging, material handling, logistics, and pick-and-place applications involving larger or irregularly shaped components in electronics, automotive, medical technology, and general manufacturing industries.
